Welcome to Zae's Clothing Lab. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Zae's Clothing Lab. By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Custom Orders

All custom apparel is made specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate design files, logos, and artwork.
  • Reviewing and approving all design proofs before production begins.
  • Ensuring all names, dates, spelling, colors, and sizes are correct.

Once final approval is given, Zae's Clothing Lab is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A 100% deposit is required before production begins on all custom orders.
  • Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until an order has been confirmed.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because all products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once production has started.
  • If an order has not entered production, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Production times vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Design complexity
  • Material availability
  • Current production schedule

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Shipping

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Customers will receive tracking information when available.
  • Zae's Clothing Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

7. Local Pickup

If local pickup is selected:

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready.
  • Orders should be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

8. Copyright & Customer Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, or images, you represent that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it.
  • The submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Zae's Clothing Lab reserves the right to refuse any design that may infringe on the rights of others or that we believe is unlawful or inappropriate.

9. Product Colors

We make every effort to display product colors accurately.

However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Monitor differences
  • Fabric materials
  • Printing processes

Minor color variations are not considered defects.

10. Product Quality

Custom apparel is inspected before pickup or shipment.

Customers should inspect their order upon receipt and notify us within 3 business days if there is a production error or defect.

This does not include customer-approved design errors or incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zae's Clothing Lab shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Business interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Customer errors in submitted artwork, spelling, sizes, or approved proofs
  • Shipping carrier delays or lost packages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that:

  • Contains illegal, hateful, or offensive content.
  • Violates copyright or trademark laws.
  • Includes fraudulent payment activity.
  • Cannot reasonably be produced.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
