A 100% deposit is required before production begins on all custom orders.

Because every item is custom-made, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once production has started. Please review and approve all design proofs, spelling, sizes, and order details before giving final approval, as Zae's Clothing Lab is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
